Here is video of the Corto and Finezza Prototype doing battle on some big smallmouth. Check out the curve and bend in the rods. These are simply fantastic rods.

Loved watching the video. Felt like I was there.

At what depths were you typically fishing the jigs? I’m guessing fairly shallow, since you chose to use mono?

Thanks for watching. We were on flats...10-14 feet deep. No room up there for ester line this time of year. If you hit it right up there you can catch 50-100 of those in a day this time of year.
