Who makes the smallest split rings?

I am in the process of replacing some hooks on lures and need to order some new split rings. Who makes the ones with the smallest internal diameter? strength isn't really an issue as I use 4lb leaders. Thanks.

Decoy makes them down to 000. Very high quality rings imo.

i use Decoy 00. They make a 000 and I have some but I have not used them. Decoy products are high quality.
