Any minijig heads similar to Daiwa GEKKABIJIN SW Light jigheads
Here in the western US, minijigs are some of the most popular ways to chase trout.
The jig heads are generally 1/32 oz and fits INSIDE the minijig tube body.
They look like this:

(moderator, hope it is OK to make a link to Basspro for the pic. If not, please remove this post. No harm intended.
Anyways, I've yet to find any jigheads like that which come close to Daiwa's Gekkabijin SW light jigheads that Alphahawk 'popularized' here. The Daiwa can't go inside the minijig hollow body. Sometimes, I just need a shorter profile.
Anyone make high quality jigheads that would rival Daiwa's hooks?
THanks.

I’ve been looking at the cultiva ajing jig heads recently. Haven’t tried them but they have a cone headed design that I was thinking would fit in the tubes. The only other alternatives I see are the custom tube jig heads being poured by some of the local jig companies with Gamakatsu or owner hooks.

Thanks! I had a bunch poured made for me on the Gamakatsu sickle and they are quite good but nothing like the Daiwa. I did not know that Owner made hooks that one can make into minijigs. I do very much like the Owner Mosquito hooks in sizes 6 to 10. Those are amazing.
Thanks

These are the best I have found for trout tubes.

Are those really $7 for qty. 5? Ouch! Pricier than even the Gekkabijin.Trout Assassin wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2020 2:44 pmThese are the best I have found for trout tubes.

I do agree that they are pricey. It is possible to get these custom poured for less I think but have to find people who pour. I know that Ebay has a few sellers who do that but I've not checked recently.

Not justifying the price but 7.00 is for the Lead-Free option. The Lead ones a 6.00. Not sure what they use but it is not tungsten. Probably bismuth which costs more than lead.
More importantly is the shape which makes it easier to get the jig to dart properly.
If you need a bunch, a custom pour is always going to be cheaper.
