the rod is 7 ft long,up to 5/8 oz,and 12 lb line.
i love japanese boron rods, and they all are so beautiful,so i tried to give this rod same look, and it worked just fine.
buy the way, this rod was made by my friend in Serbia,Nebojsa, except of the reel seat and but end-i made those :D

first i bought this reel seat

then i shortened it

these are the peaces of the seat

then i drilled hole in maple block and usig my drill i spun it and made roller with 3 different dimensions

this is that hole in maple

then again i shortened it

than i expanded the hole and smoothened it for the rod blank

Image

than i made place for reel

after that it was time for lacquer ,and on the end, using epoxy glue i glued the metal parts on the wood
