alex,

what rpm motor are you using? do you use the same rpm for application and drying?

No Jimmy - I'm higher volume (on any given day there will be up to 10 rods turning cause thats all I can handle right now) so I can't do it on one station.

I apply finish on a power wrapper - variable speed. However my preference is about 150rpm. As soon as I apply, the rod goes straight on the dryer at 6rpm. There's no sit and wait time before it turns on the dryer.
