Helix 5 chirp si upgrade question

I just brought this fish finder and wanted to know if I should upgrade to the hd transducer before using it.

The 5 inch model does not support 800hz. At that screen size will I recognize the difference?

It might be more detailed but with that size of screen it will be tough.

I have the 7 side imaging and did upgrade the transducer, I personally would recommend doing it...
