Great review, Paul, as usual! I appreciate your writing. I thought your Aetos review was fantastic, as well. Good stuff! =D>

I do think we should switch places today, as the wind chill was -2 and I hate to think of you testing that jacket in those "Florida Clippers." In the 40s, eh?

In all seriousness, for those of us in more severe climates, a nice find for me this year was the Columbia Omni Heat products. I got a simple jacket...with a dumb name...

This is a seriously light, thin, and compressible jacket good from 50 down to 10 degrees. That silver reflective lining is sweet and it works.

It isn't waterproof but very nice and wind proof.

Dinkfest 2013 begins around March 31st...you should come out with us once I get my schedule nailed down. You may also see me cry a little if those ponds are acting even close to what they were doing when we all hit it last November. Needless to say, I will have a rattle trap with me this time.

Predicting 3 more inches of snow tonight up here. Yes, I am getting a little shaky.
