Introduction: With one of the most complete lineups for freshwater and salt, and one of the most aggressive mission statements in the industry, Phenix always has something special to show us at ICAST. This year they did a little updating of a classic line and then introduced another mid-tier suite of sticks situated right between their budget Maxim and intermediate Recon lines.

Just can't go wrong with an Umbx blank. Really good for the money.
