Afterall, if there is one reel manufacturer that consistently delivers solid performance at a reasonable price, it is Pflueger. Enter the subject of today's review, the Patriarch XT spinning reel. The Patriarch is not a bad reel, it's average just like the review concludes. When compared to top performers like the Stradic CI4+ or the Daiwa balistic I think it's a no brainier. I would choose the daiwa or shimano, save a few bucks and get a better reel.
