I really like the original Salmo Sting that came in both floating and suspending versions. Simple designs but worked great for river fishing, especially when the walleyes are running in shallow water where jerkbaits come into play when casting from shore. This newer version looks better than the older version, but comes with a bigger sticker price too. I haven't fished this newer version yet, but looking forward to it when the ice melts in a few months.
