Shimano's Twin Power FD is a Solid Choice

Image

Introduction: Fresh off the heels of my positive experience with the Stradic FL, I was hungry for a new spinning reel to fish. Turns out, Stradic wasn't the only spinning reel platform from Shimano to be updated for 2020. G. Loomis needs to update the spinning rod reel seats. That one you have is sweet.

Great review, I just received the Twinpower 2500S, and I wondered about the size difference between the 2000 and 2500, I don't really need a new reel, but am considering the 2000SHG, how much smaller is it? Thanks

I believe it's just a difference in spool depth between those two sizes.
