Great experience buying from Drew. All expectations met in terms of item purchased and shipping.

Picked up some spools from Drew and he was most helpful as well as prompt in shipping. Spools were A+!

I was very hesitant to post this. I purchased and sent funds for a rod from Andrew on May 16th, he replied that the tracking information will be sent shortly, after 2 months later and numerous PM's he finally answered and apologize. I have now been waiting an additional 3 months for a total of 5 months without the rod. I guess I have to chalk it up as a lesson learned.

I see a lot of posts above stating good experiences so I'm not sure what the heck happened. Bought a rod and it took over a month to ship. He had TERRIBLE communication. I only got tracking info and a text message AFTER I filed a paypal claim. Only upside to this was the rod packaging.

I get that life happens so I gave him plenty of time to ship. After I sent him payment I waited a week for an update or tracking info. I asked for an update after said week and he gave some reasons and said he will ship soon. I then gave him 2 full weeks to get me tracking before asking for another update. He said he'd get it to me in a day or two. I gave him 3 days. No response. So I told him I want my money back...for 3 days straight. Still no response. I was fed up and filed a claim on paypal. ONLY THEN do I get a message with tracking and his excuses. Once again, I understand life happens but you should be able to send a text with some updates over a MONTH long period.

I don't recommend purchasing from him.

PKN8,
I also get everyone has a life and goes through ups and downs. I have been more than patient and accommodating. I really wanted to use the rod on our annual fishing trip in June. The boat has now been winterized and getting ready for ice season. Such a disappointment.

I did Paypal's F&F (will never do that again) so there is no way I can file a claim.
