What is the point of having a manufacturer support forum if they do not reply or comment on posts. Really is pathetic.

I agree. I posted a question about the tournament ss1300 in the reel section. Not much point in posting it down here

The fact that this thread is 24 hours old with no reply from Daiwa, proves the OP's point.

Guys I am really sorry about not having your questions answered. We lost the person at our company that was answering the questions but that was not his only duty. He also worked in customer service. We are super busy with repairs currently and do not have a spare person right now who will be able to answer these questions. I am very sorry. But to prevent more of your questions not being answered and making you guys upset. We will request with much regret to shut it down for now. Thanks for all of your understanding.
