Yes. The spools in the kits will be the same weight as the stock spools in the Concept A and C.

The KP spool comes with a Ceramic Hybrid bearing on the shaft.

You said it comes with a cermanic bearing, is there another bearing I should upgrade to maximize the performance of the KP spool in the Concept A reels.

The Hybrid Ceramic is one of the best performance bearings we have ever used. Effortless casting, and LONG....seriously long.....

I'm not sure how you could do much better, it already practically casts the line off it....try it before you try to upgrade.
