Rapala and 13 Fishing

Will 13 Fishing still make their own decisions or do they now have to be run through Rapala? You have cut a piece of the market pie because of the chances you were willing to take. I would hate to see that change.

VMC Rapala Corporation has purchased 49% of 13 Fishing. We are not merging, they have invested in our company and secured worldwide distribution rights outside the United States. This is a perfect partnership and will help our company take the next step to become a "Global" leader in fishing tackle.
Our core team is still 100% in control of product development, and company direction....I don't think you will see our direction, identity, or philosophies change at all.
