I felt the need to address a recent kerfluffle on the forum and our - or really my - handling of it. Just like our reviews, we try to keep an open mind in all discussions and allow our members to express their opinions and view points recognizing that not everyone has the facility to express themselves in a non-confrontational way.

It usually takes two or more to tango, so when disagreements arise, we usually give members a good amount of leeway issuing warnings instead of straight up suspensions forum privileges. Our tolerance for these matters does vary.

We recently gave one member in particular a lot of rope. After a warning, said user pulled back for a day or two and even edited a few of his threads to be less confrontational. It didn't last long and apparently more users were entered the discussion. This user's account has now been deactivated.
