I'm in need of parts and I want to find out how everyone feels about dealing with them?

I deal with them and they are great.

Very polite, helpful, and personable.

Some complain about shipping and handling charges. I deal with them all the time and am fortunate to be able to just drive over to the store. Very nice people to do business with. They do warranty and repair on just about any brand reel. The adjoining shop sells and works on trolling motors and fishfinders. I bought a couple of used reels from them. After I found damaged parts in both they cheerfully replaced the pieces at no charge. =D>

I use Shimano in California and then Southwestern. Southwestern has some discontinued parts that Shimano may not have.

Don't deal with them if you can find other company.
I was told parts are availiable, when i received the shipment
one part was not in the package. They will not let you know if any
of the parts is not in stock, they will just send whatever they have.
I now have everything but that one part missing, I couldnt get my reel
fixed. They don't seem care just told me that I have to reorder it
When they have it in stock and pay the 12.95 shipping and handling for that
$1.00 worth part.

One of the BEST places to buy Reel parts. Phone in all my orders, they give me a price and if it is in stock right on the phone. Last year I ordered over $2000.00 in parts, never had any missing parts =D> =D> =D>
