I received a 6'6" rod the other day. Shipped by UPS, I paid $70.00, plus got import duties of $30.00

I have never purchased a rod from overseas but I have purchased a few reels. I had import duties of $25 on top of the shipping price for one of the reels.After what I have paid for a reel, I thought $30 import duties for a rod was really good.
