Still waiting on the 8/30 Green PowerPro...the SMAK remains a virgin. I have played with the twitchin bar a lot, but I don't think that counts. :D

It's getting so that I hardly ever use a spinning reel anymore. And I keep pushing the dream spinning rig I want (MB rod and Stella 1000) back to buy other things. :?

It's an ABU Rocket. More of a metallic orange than a red...especially when compared to a red ABU 5000. When you've specialized in orange reels, you have to be rather liberal with the color definitions. :D

So you like that "Rocket" Abu, huh Mhood? 8-) It was hard for me to let that thing go when I sold it to you! :) It's a great reel.

Yes I do...thanks again. It's the fastest reel I own. Maybe I'll afford a DC7 someday but the Rocket will always have the best color.

You will like the SMAK. Mine got an excellent work out this week. You should be pleased.

That's good to hear Kboo. Did you do any pitchin with it? I got a 7'6" Falcon Cara flippin stick for mine and I was going to string it with 8/30 PowerPro for flippin and pitchin. What line did you load yours with? Is your thumb sore from all the twitchin? :D
