Re: Shimano Stradic 19
Don't we all... The rear butt garnish is very Saragosa style.
I just want to see the schematic. See if its got a double shaft slide for the oscillating mechanism.

Re: Shimano Stradic 19
Could just be a generic SD promo pic, as is the G free body pic.

Re: Shimano Stradic 19
I think your right...
The second dark pic actually has the lines and the void under the rotor of the FJ Stella... You can see the fluid body line too...
Here's hoping that it does have double shaft support system.

Re: Shimano Stradic 19
Shimano's colour scheme's are a bit out of touch within regards to lineage...
Nothing worse than getting the same name but totally different colours - quality over looks for me but keep some homage to the series imho.
Even the Ci4 F to Ci4+ FA was concurrent in paint colour (close enough) then Ci4+ FB flew that little puppy paint scheme right off the rails...

Re: Shimano Stradic 19
Schematics are up on the AU website for the FL.
Confirmed that only one oscillating guide shaft... They've done away with the non replaceable line roller bearing - to an improved old style line roller setup "bravo"... And a bushing supported shaft it seems - people just going to bearing that undoubtedly. Left hand drive bearing retained now by the way of 3 screws And the pinion main upper bearing screw & plate retained... For seeing an "above Stradic" reel cull from the line up - will it be the Sustain or other?

Re: Shimano Stradic 19
And they snuck this 'full size' bushing in to replace the weird little non replaceable bushing in the FK - looks bearing replaceable in the FL... Time will tell.

Re: Shimano Stradic 19
Can you post a link to the schematics on Shimano Australia site. I'm not seeing it under the saltwater reel or fishing reel and the main page with the Stradic FL doesn't seem to have any link to any schematics. Thank you.

Re: Shimano Stradic 19
You have to do the search as such.
No way to really link as it comes up as PDF download links.

Re: Shimano Stradic 19
Is that "shimanopromotions.com.au"? So you have to register the product before they send you a link to download the schematics?
