Spiderwire Stealth smooth 12
Has anyone seen this braid yet?
Re: Spiderwire Stealth smooth 12
A friend of mine has some. As far as I know he and I have both only ever used regular power pro. He seems to think it feels similar. No real pros or cons.

So what happened to this line, the listings disappeared from tackle warehouse?

Walmart carries it. I like it enough that I now use the 8, 10 and 20# on a few different reels, all casting.
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

According to Tackle warehouse the manufacturer discontinued the line. Buddy had it on backorder & they email him that reply.doomtrprz71 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 03, 2019 8:11 pmSo what happened to this line, the listings disappeared from tackle warehouse?

Every Wal-Mart within an hour of me has it in stock, but not in 12#. They have 8, 10, 15, 20 40 and 50#. I just bought another roll of 20# like 4 days ago. I guess I'll have to stock up, if it's been discontinued. I like it about as well as any superline I've used.

Re: Spiderwire Stealth smooth 12
My bad, guys. I didn't read carefully. I was referring to the 8 carrier. I thought the OP was asking about the 12# test in the stealth smooth. I suppose that in order for them to discontinue it that quickly, a 12 carrier is either cost-prohibitive to produce or that there was QC issues (but that's pure conjecture).

Maybe the 12 is coming back, tackle warehouse has notifications for price drops on it.
