I might have to try my Steez on that rod. They look great together!
What reel do you have on yours right now? I did the highly scientific balance test by putting the setup on my finger and it seemed to balance right on the locking nut (I think that's what it's called. I did just wake up and was feeling like a kid on Christmas when I saw the rod tube so I could have been moving around a little.

I have a heavily-modified Aird Red Tune 100R on mine.

Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

Thanks, got the knobs and spool from you so and saw an old picture of your reel before hand lol. Just missing the red drag star.

Do you think red knobs would look better or stick with the white?

I like the white myself, especially with that stick.

Finally got to use it yesterday. Definitely what I was looking for as far as the power/action go. I don't have enough experience with high end rods to give a sensitivity comparison but I was very happy with the fantasista regista ML and it definitely wasn't heavier than rated like some of the other Abu rods. Plus paired with the steez sv tw it felt like a very light combo.

I got skunked yesterday though (only got to fish a little over. Couple hours since I was helping my boys out). Also almost had to go swimming after it since my youngest almost kicked it into the water while I was helping my oldest get out of the water when he was done swimming lol.

Anyway I'm happy with it and those of you who got it for $150 at Sierra trading Post got a heck of a deal. Thanks for the recommendation Hoohoorjoo
