Sunline Asegai low price. Is this legit

I found this online. Is this legit asegai or a knockoff? How would I tell?

600yd 16lb light green. Fishermen’s Source seems to be the site this item is coming from in multiple aggregate shopping sources. 39.99

I’ve seen it in several online retailers and the ‘bay. I’ve seen it in a clear spool and a black spool. The company hasn’t responded yet.

Don’t know if it’s legit or not. TW had one of their 1-day specials last spring, 600yd spools for about $54 but that’s the lowest I have ever seen it.

They responded and said they bought out a tackle store and it had a bunch of 600 yd spools. I bought a spool so we will see.

May I ask what applications are you using the 16lb for ? Is it Equivalent to 6 or 8 on test ? I see two listing for the asegai on Walmart and one is 16lb but the other one there is no lb rating listed....

The other one does have a rating. Pick light green and look under “about this item”. Scrolling to the bottom shows line lb test. It’s 18 lb test.
