Shimano Reel Repair Coronavirus update

Due to impact from the Coronavirus, Shimano Irvine and Ladson will be closing the local over the counter portion of our repair department. Customers can still send reels in for service and of course we will ship them back to you. The counter doors will be closing today at 2pm PST and remaining closed until further notice.

We realize this is an inconvenience to some of our local customers, but we are trying to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. I will update everyone when this changes.

Is the walk in/ over the counter portion opened up yet Dan ?

No not yet. To be honest I have no idea when it will open again. Most of the company is still working from home until July. It seems to change weekly because the state, county and city all have conflicting time lines.
