I placed the order the first time I saw it was available. Hopefully its worth the wait. I thought we would hear more from the test rod review being done by the reviewers here at TT.

Great to hear that rods are shipping, and looking forward to hearing some impressions (probably in a dedicated thread). I haven't gotten a notification yet FWIW (I ordered a day or two after it went live). Sounds like they're staggering the release as rods become available.

Wow, They must have a huge order to fill. I was looking at them but I am waiting for some first hand reports

The Epitome arrived in one piece, kinda. The tube caps are different that any I have seen before. Pressed into the cardboard tube and really hard to get out. I had to use pliers to lever it out.

The rod weighs 3.05oz on my scale. Incredibly light in weight but also very seems powerful in action. I need some time to mess with it but here are some pictures. The tip was bent during shipping.

Ya I ordered mine Aug 10th and have nothing... not even a response to an email, facebook post or messaging. I'm about over it. For me the lakes are frozen now and I'm done until the spring anyways unless we get a nice run of warm weather.
Edge has burnt their bridge with me. If for some reason I end up not cancelling the order and I finally get it, I don't care if it's the best rod I've fished, it will be the only Edge rod that I will ever purchase.

It's one thing to go past the 60 day goal they claimed for shipping them after pre-order, but the lack of comms has ruined it for me.
