Daiwa Tatula 701MRB is the finest jerkbait rod IMO.

Perfect action, have caught tons of fish on a 110+1 on it.

Strike king rocket shad is VERY compact and comes in decent weights.

Daiwa tatula 701mrb. Why pay more, especially for jerkbait fishing where sensitivity isn't paramount to success.

They're kinda spendy... $200 bucks a blank. My preferred blanks right now are point blank but I like the idea of another high end made in the us blank.

I use it and add some blue hi lite.

I picked up a few. Smaller version of the 110. We all have those lakes where the forage is a bit smaller. Can't wait to give these a try I think they'll catch huge numbers.
