Bearings were not an issue on my end. When its bearings, its very easy to spot just by removing them and trying them on a bearing tester by applying a bit of pressure while spinning the bearing. I wonder if your inductor is stuck. I don't see how its possible to cast on a setting of 2. Make a normal cast and then remove the side plate. See if the inductor is stuck outwards.

The inductor moves freely, its already dark here so ill do the casting and checking tomorrow.

I have the same issue with a SV TW. I have spent close to 70 bucks on the four bearings from the spool to the pinion and the one under the zero adjuster. The only stock bearings left are the worm shaft and the handle side bearing. It has improved casting distance, before I could only get about 50-60...
