The Keitech tungsten ball head jigs are high quality. I use those and Owner jigs. I don’t like the Gammy jigs. Their keeper tears up the plastic. I prefer to use superglue than some big keeper.

I'm not an expert kayak angler, nor a tournament kayak angler, but I do enjoy it. I have now narrowed it down to 3 rods that cover the vast majority of what I do, and when I know I can get away with only two, that's all I prefer to have on hand.

I have used a bunch of different leader lines and Gamma Edge is the most abrasion-resistant line I have found. 6 lb Edge is my leader line of choice for the smallie fishing I do. The 6 lb Edge has the diameter of many other lines’ 8 lb. I use straight 7 lb Touch for 3“-4” swimbaits on ball head jigs...
