The klx are nice but they have poor balance compared to the 13 line and dobyns. Loved everything about the klx exept it being terrably tip heavy.

Can he make scratches dissappear ? Unnoticeable after painting ?

What would sanded bare look like ? Not polishable like aluminum right ?

It could be less. I used my navionics to measure the distance. At that short range probably not most accurate. I've never broken 20lb 832 and I feel it gives good balance of strength and casting distance. A heavy powered rod is a must to get that solid hook set.
