I haven't tried the Cabela's rod soxs, but I have 16 of the one's BPS sells ($3.99) and they work great. It makes it nice to slide a rod in one of the lockers and not hang up. They are worth buying.

I changed out the handles last night. To remove the handles, you only need to remove the 2 screws. The nut and handle retainer stay in place. D.R. P.S. My grandson and I had a blast yesterday. I got my first chance to fish with the 100 yesterday. I got my grandson (9) one for x-mas. He let me play with it for a while. I think it is smoother than the old stile b's. I have 3 of the 200DHS and they are great. You don't seam to notice the diffrence in the weight from the b models. All in all ...

I won't to change out the handles on my CH100B's with Ch100BPV handles. How do you get them off. I like the feel of the BPV handles better than the B's.
I have been fishing for 53 years and this is the first time I have owned a reel that I can't field strip like an M-16 (complete).
