Oh I see. Hobie with the turbo fin upgrade should do the trick just fine if thats the route you want to go.

Re: Best BAITCASTER braking system for weightless Senko.
A weightless senko isn't very light and you shouldn't have any problems casting it with a zillion. Magforce v is more suited for lightweights vs magforce Z. If your looking for pure distance take a hard look at a shimano dc.

Daiwa Trillionaire
Whose got experience with this reel? Yes its pretty old, but they can be found extremely cheap on ebay. With 11+1BBs and Magforce-Z it seems like a steal at that price. Sure its 9.3oz, but it can be a casting machine? Any thoughts or opinions?

Re: Interline rods
thank you for your input. is there anyway to clean the inside of the rod after some use to prevent clogging? purhaps turn it upside down and pour some sort of cleaner/water solution inside and let it drain out....? there seems to be alot of downsides vs ups for no real apparent benefits on an interl...

Re: Interline rods
interesting as always! I guess ill stick to a traditional casting rod vs interline? purhaps the technology in the Daiwa TMZs allows for less friction during a cast?

Re: Interline rods
yeah I have been looking for a 662 TMZ interline just diddnt know if it was worth the steep price.
how does a leader effect casting with an interline rod? what about dirt/grit getting inside of the tube? does water get inside and corrode?

Re: Kayak for a River
solo vs tandem has nothing to do with stability. stability is mostly hull design/weight/length of the kayak. Obviously the wider the craft is the more stable. The longer the boat is also plays a part in stability (water displacement physics crap I cant explain). I have never tried a Hobie so I cant ...

Re: Abu Garcia Fans..Gen 3 STX or Gen 3 Premier?
i pretty much agree with everything already mentioned. Not really sure why Abu would put the IVCB breaks in the Premier.... Duel breaking is where its at for Abu Garcia IMO. I prefer the duel breaking found in Gen 2 premier/Gen3 STX to Abu's pitch centrfugal break (winch,RevoS) and there really bad ...
