Lake full of DOCKS

If you are going to fish a place you’ve never been and the only intelligence you have is that there’s a large population of docks.
What five setups are you bringing and what’s your approach?
For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible

That could be tough. Just like lakes with brush piles, ledges, rip-rap, anything like that, you need to separate the good from the bad or you could be overwhelmed. That said:

1. Spinning outfit for skipping baits under docks.

2. Jig/trailer for working pilings.

3. Crankin’ outfit to work around dock area, pilings

4. Spinnerbait outfit

5. Topwater outfit.

I can’t say which I would start with but topwater and crankin’ would pick off the active fish first. Spinnerbait and spinning would be a good 1-2 punch, finally jig and trailer to pick up the stragglers.
