For me it is probably 5/16 oz. tabu jig or reins punchin predator pitched into pads or matted weeds.

t-rig for sure. countless fish of many, many species fresh and salt over the years. 3ish inch paddle tail on a leadhead is probably a close 2nd

cant go wrong slow rolling a spinnerbait/colorado blade. and a drop shot in most conditions.

Neko rig (4 inch senko + 1/16oz tungsten needle weight)

Norman Deep Little Ns & DD22s

Lucky Craft pointer 78xds

1/4oz darter & little dippers

1/4-5/16oz bottom contact jig and small plastic trailers

IMA skimmers

Those are my most successful in past couple years or so. T rigging and C rigging in any combo goes without saying, always find away with those rigs.
