I have 3 main hobbies, fishing/tackle, hunting/guns and cars/hotrodding. Remove one and the other two will grow.

I would take up paddle boarding, I would then paddle in front of all paddle boarders that crossed my path...

I’m staring down the barrel of kids going to collage so this scarily might play out in real life. We will see.

Something will be seriously wrong with me if I have to sell all my stuff. I would be a shell of my former self without fishing.

I'd rather be buried with all my fishing equipment...

If I did sell all my fishing equipment...gosh I'd be rich. or at least have cash in hand.
slip bobbing is the laziest way to fish

I'll never sell all of it, because I'll never stop fishing. But my biggest fear is that I'll die unexpectedly one day.....and my wife will sell my gear for what I TOLD her I paid for it.
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

Perhaps the greatest fear that we all have. All gear being sold off for $50 each...stuff of nightmares

Firearms and hand held combat weaponry, of all sorts...

And a plot of land far away from the inhumanity.

I would resume raising and breeding freshwater tropical fish. About 35 years ago there were three things going on in my life. Married with children, fishing, and over 3000 gallons of outdoor freshwater aquariums. There wasn't enough time in the day for those things and my job. Something had to go. I was unsuccessful at losing the kids or my job. And here I am.

I am done with selling gear. I'm not able to get enough from the sales to make it worth it. Flipping gear has lost me so much money, and I have decided to stop.

If I did sell though, I would put the money towards a nicer car or a boat.
Me too. Jay Leno doesn't sell a car when he gets a new/better car. I like all of my rods, and each has a different taper that excels at something.
