This is strange,my Calcutta 200TE GT and 200 Conquest all come with ARB.Or maybe the newer Calcutta all come with ARB bearing.

Are you 100% positive about this because I really like the 100 series Conquest and would like to filter it back in to the equation but according to the information found in this link the others seem to be right about the AR-B's only being in the 300 and up.

Yes,Im 100% sure the 200GT TE come with ARB,but I have not check the
200 Conquest yet.Im only own the 200 series.not sure about the 100 serious.
I think from 2003 or 2004,all conquest come with ARB,maybe Im wrong.

I'm wondering just how big a problem corrosion is on the "standard" stainless steel bearings that come in your "basic" Conquest 100? Until now, I would have taken a Conquest 200 to the Coast for some Red fishing without a second thought....

I guess your going ot have to buy both!

Ive always got the problem of saying, well im spending that much, whats another $100 and that whay i know ive bought the best my thirst is quenched for the moment.
