Help On a Scorpion 19

I am looking at a Scorpion 19 150 MGL HG on Amazon and am not sure what I am looking at except the name has a great reputation. What does the 19 mean and is the HG speed the same as an HG Shimano in the U.S.? I have gift cards for Amazon and BPS, but BPS has no idea when they will get the Curado 70 MGL K. Are the 70 MGL and this Scorpion very similar? Both are the same price. Help.

First off, the 19 stands for the year that model came out: 2019.
The HG will be the same gear ratio in Japan and US.
The Scorpion 150 is pretty much the same as the curado 200K with a different spool : 150 sized MGL spool.
The curado 70 MGL is smaller and pretty much a updated curado 70.
