Cardiff "Native Special" B42/B47 3pc rods
Anyone have experience with either the shimano cardiff native special B42 or the B47 3oc rods? More so the longer one.

I have the cardiff Native 47 Baitcaster rod teamed up with Aldebaran MGL51HG, love the combo although new to me this year. I use it mainly for trout but will also throw mini spinnerbaits and buzzbaits or small cranks for bass and whatever else bites. I've had no problem bringing in decent bass (2.5-3lbers) and I jus got my personal best trout on it a week ago(23")... love it so much I'm actually about to order the 42 as I have an Aldebaran MGL on a cheap rod, I'm deciding between that or Bantam bfs Light rod... trying to attach pics but says file is too large.

How does it fish for smaller trout? A rod that handles 2-3lb bass and 10in trout seems like a unicorn

It fishes great for small trout and and panfish, I did just get the 4 ft 2 rod as well and I honestly rarely use my 7 ft bass rods anymore unless I'm in really pikey territory. Don't get me wrong if you hook up to a decent bass you can't just muscle it in but if you want to throw small baits with pinpoint precision these shorties are the way to go.
Any suggestions as how to post pictures I can, tried twice now and says file is too large.
