A few years ago there was a crazy exchange rate with Australia. If I remember correctly, it was like 60 cents to a dollar. I ordered quite a few reels then.

My Cost of Living Allowance appreciates horrible exchange rates but my JDM gear addiction doesn’t. The last few days AFN has been reporting 103 yen to the dollar. I’ll be heading out hunting tomorrow morning.

I could be wrong, but it seems like some JDM retailers constantly adjust their prices for the yen/dollar exchange rate while others seem to hold their prices firm despite the fluctuations.

That's correct. Some don't bother with small fluctuations.
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.
