Re: Team Pink
That's sweet. I always wanted a pink themed T3. I only use pink to wrap my guides on custom rods. It may look funky on the Legend Xtreme blank I'm about to build on but oh well

Awesome and thanks for sharing.
Re: Team Pink
Very nice!!
africanbass, do you live in the mountains or you just took your pink reel on a sightseeing tour?
Here is my latest pink tricked out reel (just finished it this weekend). SS SV 103L 5.3 gear ratio for square bills and shallow cranks (actually bought it from hogsticker2). This one sits on a MB Phase 3 Griffon and is spooled with 10# Sunline FC Shooter.
The mods:
* HH Air Ceramic Bearings
* Daiwa RCS 90 mm CF Handle
* SLP Pink Knobs
* HH pink parts (brake knob, knob caps, screws, level wind, worm gear cap
Love the reel, it is pretty light and tight. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the non-clicking spool tension knob and the single stack drag (but I knew that when I bought the reel). Overall will be a great light cranking reel.

Great looking reel

Lucky to have that view from my balcony(suburban Johannesburg)
Claimed to be the largest man made urban forest with over 10 million trees!

Re: Team Pink
Pics taken with a Galaxy S3. Pink looks more vivid in person. Ordered my blanks. One is the Legend Xtreme and the other is the new Legend Elite. I think orange thread for the dark green/brown Elite blank and burnt orange Winn Grips would look better but unfortunately, pink is the only color thread I have, by choice.
