The blue reel is a Daiwa Aird light game concept 100L.
And a heavily modified Aird it is.....
Yes, it is. Now I just need to find a lefty Aird red tune.
I sold a righty Red Tune recently. Still not sure how I feel about it.
Try not to let your mind wander. It is much too small to be outside unsupervised.

Here is one of mine that I already have a pic of. This is an Alphas SV105 with 7.2 gears added, along with an 85mm carbon handle and a PX-R drag star. I'll post more later today.

What cast control knob is that?

It's from the Aird 100R Red Tune. The reel itself is very hard to find now, and the star and cc cap is even harder to source now. I have the good fortune to own a couple sets of them.

From an Alphas 103....to an Alphas LSD..... :-$ \:D/

Conservative definitely wasn’t in the design brief for my first shot at customising an “Alphasaurus”

Got every performance mod and upgrade you would expect (inside and out) and a light sprinkle of a few other bits & bods...

Still got a couple more things on the way (taking it’s sweet-ass time...thanks Covid!), but i think it’s turning out pretty sweet...

Cheers mate.... it’s flat-out embarrassing how much time & money you can put into these things!

....still gotta be better than a Heroin habit though?...(although sometimes you gotta wonder....lol).
