I am doing a jig build too.

NFC 7108 cut 4" off the butt
NFC soft touch 3.5" soft touch carbon split grip.
American Tackle CCT G2 Blade reel seat.

I am attempting to source AGS guides to round it out.

I have the reel seat and handle in a "just before epoxy" phase and it feels super nice so far
I've thought about buying a used tatula elite AGS just to strip the guides off.

Man you should totally do it.
What guides would you replace them with?

Oh...I ended up getting the AGS guides. Rod is super nice. Only fished it twice though. Trout and panfish been too fun to put down the light rods.

Curious where/how you were able to use AGS guides. Did you find a source or cannibalize an AGS rod?
