Lately, my Curado K and Curado E have been my go to for inshore fishing. My girlfriend got me a SLX DC for my birthday in May this year and that fished really well in the wind down there. I've only used it for 2-3 days in the salt though, so can't speak to how it holds up to consistent use in that environment yet. All of my other reels have been fine though using them over the years though. Usually go to the coast for a week each year, with a few random short trips thrown in here and there, and the reels that I take for that get their annual cleaning/lubing after the week long trip in the summer. Never had any corrosion issues doing that. For around $100 new, a Tatula or SLX would be my choice.
