Bearing Needed

Anyone know where I can find a good quality 3mm x 10mm x 3mm bearing? Normal size is 3x10x4.
I'm dropping a 1516 HLC spool into a Z200 and the spool shaft is a bit longer. I've tried an ebay seller but the ones I've received are pretty bad. Thanks!

I got the stock bearing turned down on the lathe but it doesn't spin very freely. Hopefully a bath in the ultrasonic will get it cleaned out.
