I have a broken Adrena rod. this is first generation. can someone tell me how to get it replaced? i went to Shimano website, but it seems to only relate to warrenty replacement. Thanks for any help.

The warranty is for one year with a dated receipt. If the rod is outside of warranty you can use the Express program. This is a 50% cost replacement of the rod. We send you a new rod in a tube with a return label to send back the broken one.

Call 877-577-0600 to perform the Express order.

If you feel the issue is under warranty you can use the form on the website and follow the directions.
