NRX 852c tip guide size

I recently discovered the tip top guide of my NRX 852c has a chipped insert and I wanted to replace the guide. Does anyone know the exact size of the guide to replace it? I have read that it’s a Fuji TFST guide (titanium frame with sic insert) in size 5 with 3.5 tube size, but that seems a bit small compared to my measurements on the tip of my rod.

According to my spec sheet this is the model and size: T-FST5-4.0
