Hey brother just wondering if Shimano has any of the 3x8x2.5 bearings in stock and if so what is the part number?

We don't list our bearings by size. I would need to at least know what reel and location of the bearing so I can check the part number, then double check the size.

The reel is a JDM Aldebaran BFS 2022 spool bearing. Just curious if any US Shimano reels had a bearing that was equivalent in another reel.

nothing comes up when searching at Shimano US parts website.
Bantam1 will have a more accurate answer for sure though.

That part number doesn't exist for us, so I would say we do not have it. With the new global part numbers it creates one part number for every part that cross reference.
