Just wondering if the Shimano/Loomis conquest rods were being discontinued or is a refresh in the works? I did not see anything at the current Icast 2023 show with a refresh,yet....
Seems that the stock on hand at most retailers appears to be dwindeling. Just curious. I love the ones i have and a refresh would be nice! Any Info would be appreciated!

There are no changes that I am aware of. I cannot comment on retailer stock. Typically they order heavy for the beginning of the season to sell through inventory. There are always backorders to contend with because the factory can only build so many rods per month. I can say that the reason they are low on inventory is not because of planned discontinuation.
