Where can I get my shimano stella sw 1400XG 2019 reel serviced in UK. I have never fished with it but it feels kind of grainy /Geary compared to my 18k (also brand new never fished 2020) which is buttery smooth.
If I put my ear against the body of 14k I hear a kind of swish swish and even though is spins freely it feels almost like a bad bearing type of feel. Also the side to side play of the spool shaft is more than my 18k.
