Quite absurd :shock:

That being said, I have literally hundreds of snaps in many sizes and manufacturers ranging from Alie Express no names up to the high dollar JDM ones … I’ve never had any failures with any of them and I’ve had large catfish, snakeheads, snags and the occasional turtle on the line. What I think happens is that with especially the smaller sizes, you have to look VERY closely to be sure the snap is fully engaged as often at a quick glance it appears closed but in actuality it never engaged properly. I’ve caught myself on that many times over the years.
