Comes in 3 sizes, I have the large and the XL
The large has hooks and weights of various forms. This one is for finesse jigs. They also have another without dividers, a bulk box.
Large is: 160mm x 95mm x 47mm
X L is: 200mm x 115mm x 50mm

How you finding the durability on them to be? As a terminal nerd with mild ocd I'm always looking for better ways to organize.

I can only go by first impressions, as it's been one trip on the boat. I didn't stand on it or anything like that but the outer box is quite sturdy but the plastic window things look like they could crack or something. I guess, I'll have to revisit it in a year to see how it held up!

I've had one for around a year, (think the XL) that I keep all of my small trout stuff in, (split rings, snaps, spoons, etc) So far it has proven to be a little tank. There were enough gaps to let my smallest split rings (000) escape until I figured out to throw a small spool magnet in the compartments that had micro terminal tackle. It's a great trick, they stayed balled up on the magnet and I just pull one off when I need it.

That Ryugi looks interesting, a bit more customization with the dividers.

Spro has a similar box too. I'm teetering on the edge of ordering the Spro and Gamakatsu 388. I guess I have another option to look at now. Off topic, but Gamakatsu has a killer shoulder bag too.
